Contact our sales and service department sales@ovelle.ie detailing why you are returning the product. Our sales and service department will contact you and will provide you with a product return number (PRN).

  1. Goods must be returned, complete, within two weeks of the product return number (PRN) being issued.

  2. The above procedures are relevant for all elave products purchased on the elave website – if you have purchased elave elsewhere then product should be returned to place of purchase.

The Returns Request may be rejected for a number of reasons; these will be outlined to you in writing at the time of the rejection. The rejection may require you to supply more information regarding the return, on receipt of this further information, our Customer Services Departments will reassess your request before issuing a returns number.
