Baby Skincare - Choose carefully!
skincare July 19th, 2007Newborn skin is especially sensitive and that where elave baby comes in. Like the rest of the elave range, elave baby is free from common skin irritants like perfumes, sodium laureth sulfate (SLS/SLES), parabens, formaldehyde, lanolin, colourings, alcohol and soap. All these irritants can leave skin dry and itchy resulting in eczema type symptoms.
It is essential to protect newborn skin from dryness by using the most gentle products on the skin and washing less often. Overwashing and bathing babies with products which contain harsh ingredients has been linked by medical experts in Dermatology with the rise in eczema.
elave baby bath and shampoo contain gentle glucose based surfactants to cleanse delicate newborn skin without irritation or dryness reducing skin rashes and cradle cap. elave baby intensive cream is ideal for rehydrating skin which can be dry especially after birth. Massage and calm agitated babies with elave baby oil which is so pure that it contain only two purified ingredients!

Don’t be fooled by perfumed, coloured and intensively foaming baby products, don’t assume that they are gentle enough for their skin. Read the ingredients- that’s all we ask. For more information on ingredients check out our elave website or www.chemicalsafeskincare.co.uk.

I have suffered from hand dermatitis for many years and sometimes it gets so bad that my skin breaks and bleeds.
I must try elave hand wash because my hands are always tight and itchy after washing.

My wife is due a baby shortly and I have already bought some baby products which I will be returning to the chemist - I am not going to put my new baby in unnecessary perfumes, colourings and SLS!! I can’t believe these are used in baby products.
I will be ordering elave baby on your site - thanks for the information
