Delivering your order

• Orders will be delivered as quickly as possible but on average will take 2-5 working days to be delivered.
• Please use an address where there will be someone present to receive the delivery - a work address is ideal.
• If using an address where there will be no one to sign for the package please indicate that your order should be sent by post. If you have placed a larger order we may dispatch the order in 2 packages to ensure that the order arrives safely.
• We dispatch smaller orders by post but we courier larger orders and they will need to be signed for. If you wish larger orders to be sent by post, please indicate on your order.
• Once your order has been dispatched from Ireland we will email dispatch confirmation.
• Unfortunately we cannot email or phone to let you know exactly when your order will be delivered.
